Project Manager Construction H / F

The site manager is responsible for on-site monitoring to ensure the correct execution of the project and compliance with requirements and conditions imposed on materials and services provided by suppliers. They identify incidents, propose, and take corrective actions in cooperation with the Construction Site Manager to maintain project quality.

They support the Industrial Project Manager to ensure the achievement of Key Performance Indicators during construction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the construction phase stays on schedule and within budget.
2. Support the evaluation of progress and prepare detailed reports.
3. Verify that technical solutions proposed by the EPCm contractor meet quality standards.
4. Control work execution and prepare progress site reports.
5. Ensure compliance with specifications, deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
6. Diagnose potential problems and propose mitigation solutions.
7. Contribute to improving the project margin.
8. Participate in meetings with main suppliers and EPCm contractors.
9. Participate in operational coordination meetings during construction.
10. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with cross-functional interfaces.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Spanish is mandatory; knowledge of English and/or French is a plus.
• Team spirit.
