Job Description:
The Account Manager Hotel Chains reports to the Area Manager Hotel Chains. The role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with hotel chains, ensuring they understand HBX’s value proposition and tools to maximize revenue. Building rapport and trust through a consultative approach is essential. The manager will optimize and manage hotel portfolios by implementing Central Framework agreements, negotiating commercial conditions, and tailoring product offerings to integrate with the ecosystem. The role also requires meeting or exceeding performance and financial targets, focusing on driving profitability, differentiation, and long-term relationships through joint-value proposals.
