Scopely is seeking a Staff Engineer to join our Monopoly GO! Customer Support Tools team, working remotely from Spain, the UK, or Ireland.

What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of our Customer Support Engineering domain, influencing technical strategy, architecture, and tool / platform delivery to support agents and enhance player self-service experiences.
- Build, evolve, and scale systems to reduce ticket resolution times, improve workflows, and assist players in resolving issues faster.
- Collaborate with Support leadership to understand workflows and challenges, translating them into scalable engineering solutions.
- Design and architect robust, scalable systems aligned with our long-term technology vision.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and continuous improvement.
- Lead the delivery of tools that streamline workflows and scale with business growth.
- Work with external developers to ship features quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Apply full-stack engineering skills to create end-to-end solutions, including APIs, backend services, and frontends using technologies like React and Blazor.
- Maintain high standards of software quality through testing, reviews, documentation, and best practices.
- Partner with Product Managers and Analysts to define success metrics, measure impact, and drive continuous improvements.
