The Client HR Tech Lead oversees the technical landscape for Alight’s Global Payroll clients. They work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing guidance to optimize HR technology solutions that support their HR transformation. They stay updated on product upgrades and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation. The role also involves supporting the Client Service Lead with HR Tech topics to enhance client perception and technical delivery excellence.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and understanding client needs. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with senior stakeholders and internal teams. Knowledge of Alight’s standard products (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HRX, payroll engines, time solutions) and their features, capabilities, and integration best practices is required. A problem-solving mindset and coordination skills are also crucial.
