Pacific International has been retained to conduct a search for a Senior Manager of Communications with a market leader in industrial manufacturing. The company has a global presence across 30 countries and employs nearly 30,000 people.
The ideal candidate will lead internal and external communications strategies across the enterprise for key business groups. They will collaborate with global executives to communicate company goals and foster engagement among employees and external stakeholders. Experience in high-change environments, such as acquisitions, product launches, and strategic reviews, will be advantageous.
Strong written and oral communication skills, along with interpersonal abilities, are essential. The candidate must have experience working with regional teams and be adaptable to a fast-paced, changing environment where influencing upward is critical.
