Grupo Polo is a developer specialised in high-end residential real estate. With four decades of experience in Marbella, the firm has established itself as one of the oldest single-family developers in the area. Gupo Polo operates through two key business lines : providing value to its clients as a project manager with local know-how, and investing in prime developments as a partner with its investor base.

What we are looking for :

The firm is looking for a Project Supervisor to support growth in both of its lines of business across Marbella and the Dominican Republic. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a sense of urgency in pushing projects forward, assume responsibility in ensuring development timelines are met and progress accurately recorded, and have the ability to communicate effectively with our international client base. The hire will interact with senior stakeholders and have exposure to clients from day one, providing a great opportunity for personal development across multiple areas of the business in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities may include :

  • Ensure progress information is accurately recorded for all project stakeholders : suppliers, construction, client, project management, decor, services etc. preventing bottle necks and securing timelines.
  • Liaising with clients during weekly meetings in regards to project progress.
  • Distilling information outlined in meetings into tasks, assigning them to other members of the team to ensure weekly milestones are achieved.
  • Ensuring documentation is appropriately stored within each project's records for seamless retrieval if needed.
  • Assist in investor meetings and presentations pertaining new business.

Requirements :

  • Strong command of the English language in a professional setting.
  • 1-6 years of experience in a real estate-related administrative position (or other relevant background).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (knowledge of VBA or macros is a plus).
  • Diligent attitude and willingness to learn.
