Accounting & Administration Senior Technician

Our company, currently experiencing growth, is seeking to add a Senior Accounting Professional to our Accounting and Finance department. The successful candidate will report directly to the CFO.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the accurate execution of assigned accounting and administrative processes.

Your role will include:

• Accounting:
• Registering accounting transactions
• Processing invoices to suppliers
• Forecasting and making payments to suppliers
• Managing bank accounting
• Entering checks and receipts
• Handling collection claims

• Administration:
• Document filing
• Controlling travel expenses
• Invoicing (sales and after-sales)
• Collaborating with auditors

We are looking for:

• Specialized technician in Accountancy and Administration
• University degree in Accountancy or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in similar roles
• Highly organized professional with teamwork skills, attention to detail, adherence to rules, and a focus on quality
• Ability to work 30 hours per week
