Job Overview:

The Event Delivery & Operations Lead - F1 Madrid Hospitality is responsible for leading the production and implementation of the F1 Madrid hospitality delivery and operations. This role involves strategic planning, operational oversight, leadership, performance monitoring, process management and improvement, risk and budget management, supplier relations, change management, reporting, and team development.

Leading the operational and technical aspects of the Madrid F1 project team and collaborating with the wider MATCH Hospitality operations and event delivery team, this role will oversee technical and operational delivery, including event mobilisation, installation, catering, and guest experience, ensuring an extraordinary experience for our hospitality guests.

This position requires a bilingual (Spanish & English) candidate with experience in full-scale event production, mobilisation, and delivery of large-scale events.
