Our client, a globally recognized producer of premium coating systems for industrial series applications across the General Industry, Aerospace, and Automotive sectors, employ over 1,700 people worldwide. Bring innovative coating solutions to life, helping preserve the long-term value of both consumer and industrial goods.

In this role, you will take charge of nurturing client relationships, discovering new business prospects, and enhancing our presence in the market. A high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel frequently sometimes on short notice is essential, as you will be engaging directly with clients, participating in industry events, and supporting global projects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities while offering both technical and commercial support to our existing client base (including regular travel)
  • Develop and sustain strong partnerships with OEMs, MROs, airlines, and aviation paint facilities
  • Serve as a technical advisor to clients, providing guidance on product capabilities, specifications, and application methods
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts to refine business strategies
  • Collaborate on technical product demonstrations to support project acquisition
  • Contribute to the development of customized coating solutions in coordination with clients and internal technical teams
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts in line with business goals
  • Coordinate closely with R&D, manufacturing, and quality departments to meet customer expectations
  • Handle customer complaints in partnership with relevant internal teams
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions and project workflows
  • Generate detailed sales reports, forecasts, and activity records
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and on-site meetings with, travel required approximately 70-80% of the time
