Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Voice Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud Voice to enhance customer service operations.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud Voice features.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate voice solutions.
  3. Maintain and optimize existing voice cloud applications.
  4. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  5. Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, specifically with Service Cloud Voice.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and APIs.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
