We are excited to offer a new career opportunity: an Executive Support Specialist role, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, working full-time remotely.
About the Role
As an Executive Support Specialist, you will enhance our business efficiency by providing timely support to executive team members.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and coordinating meetings such as Executive Board, CEO, Board, and Growth Excellence meetings.
- Follow up on action logs and report outcomes.
- Monitor the progress of strategic programs.
- Provide administrative and business support to designated executives.
- Manage agendas, schedule meetings, coordinate calls, and assist with event preparations.
- Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents and deliverables.
- Prepare and format internal and external communications, including memos, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate information flow and support general administrative tasks and light project management duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar administrative support role.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
