Identify, find, contact, and be responsible for a number of accounts (OEM / Tier1 / Specifier), mainly characterized as key decision makers for specific company products within key markets / regions. The goal is to grow the network, identify opportunities within these accounts, and build a pipeline across market segments, following up and coordinating their development until commercialization and the delivery of the first 12 months' revenue. Sales and account management are key responsibilities.

In charge of direct buying accounts involved in the value chain within one region, including OEM, Tier1, processors, distributors, and semi-products manufacturers.

Responsibilities include :

  • Account Management : Serve as the main contact for all customer account management matters to build strong, sustainable relationships, support needs timely according to customer size, and maintain / revenue growth thresholds.
  • Industry and Supply Chain Analysis : Investigate the industry value chain and supply chain in the region, identify all related players, market shares, and supply relationships to support strategic mapping.
  • Pricing and Negotiation : Manage price quotations within agreed time frames, negotiate prices as per authority levels, and close agreements to maximize profits and sustain relationships.
  • Marketing Support : Support regional marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and association events.
  • Process Improvement : Identify areas for improvement and liaise with internal teams to enhance sales revenue, margins, and customer experience.
  • Product Industrialization and Innovation : Support new production initiatives, identify translation opportunities for existing applications, or introduce new products at buying accounts.
  • Market Share and Competition Analysis : Monitor and analyze how our products are used versus competitors to gain additional market share.
  • Forecasting and Supply Chain Coordination : Provide forecast inputs, ensure optimal supply chain operations, and document progress and issues via CRM and reports.
  • Account Knowledge and Prospecting : Develop deep understanding of accounts' business, strategy, and decision-making processes to build a pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management : Identify key stakeholders and decision makers to create long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Lead Management and Support : Manage incoming leads, provide technical and regulatory support, and convert leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Opportunity Identification : Determine customer needs and translate them into target opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Market Assessment and Reporting : Support strategic market assessments, report trends, and validate assumptions to grow revenue in new segments.
  • Contract Negotiation : Negotiate NDAs, LOIs, JDAs, and drive sales agreement discussions.
  • Project Coordination : Coordinate all targets until commercialization, monitor project readiness using various tools, and ensure delivery of first-year revenue.
