GS Inima Environment - Legal Advisor / Lawyer
GS Inima Environment, part of the GS E&C Group, specializes in environmental activities and operates across all project phases: Design, Technology, Construction, Operation, and Maintenance. The company has a presence in Spain, the United States, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Portugal, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, and the Middle East.
We are seeking a Legal Advisor / Lawyer to:
- Prepare administrative documentation for national and international tenders.
- Maintain information related to government bodies, proxies, and statutes of UTEs and companies at both national and international levels.
- Prepare legal documentation for renewing the Contractor Classification in the administrative contracting advisory board.
Responsibilities :
- Draft and review legal and contractual documentation for projects and departmental needs (e.g., commercial, construction management, procurement, HR).
- Identify risks within legal and contractual documents and propose mitigation measures.
- Negotiate, draft, and supervise agreements related to tenders such as bidding agreements, shareholder agreements, risk matrices, EPC, O&M, concessions, PPA contracts, and energy purchase agreements.
- Advise on corporate acquisition processes.
- Handle lawsuits and judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, including court appearances.
Requirements :
- Law degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in public procurement, international contracts, concessions, and photovoltaic projects.
- Previous experience in corporate legal advisory roles.
- Advanced skills in Office suite (Word, Excel).
- Knowledge of commercial and administrative law.
- Ability to liaise with external advisors nationally and internationally.
- Willingness to travel.
- Strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, decision-making, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
