Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Labor Lawyer located in Costa d'en Blanes. The Labor Lawyer will be responsible for providinglegal advice and representation on matters related to employment law, including but not limited to:

• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and company policies
• Advising on labor regulations and compliance with local employment laws
• Handling disputes related to wrongful termination, discrimination, or harassment
• Representing the company in labor negotiations or court proceedings
• Ensuring lawful implementation of disciplinary actions and dismissals

Qualifications:

• Degree in Labor Law or related legal education
• Specialization in labor and employment law
• Relevant experience, preferably within our industry or jurisdiction
• A high level of Spanish and English is required.
