Are you a skilled chef looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced Culinary Team Member to join our hotel kitchen team in the Austrian Alps.

About the Role :

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing menus in collaboration with their team, ensuring adequate supplies at cooking stations, and maintaining high standards of health and hygiene.

You will also play a key role in maintaining a smooth and friendly cooperative environment, carrying out joint activities with the Chef and / or Sous Chef, and displaying high professional competence and focus on service quality.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Prepare menus in collaboration with your team.
  • Ensure adequacy of supplies at cooking stations.
  • Enforce high standards of health and hygiene.
  • Help maintain a smooth and friendly cooperative environment.
  • Carry out joint activities in cooperation with the Chef and / or Sous Chef.
  • Display high professional competence and focus on service quality.
  • Plan the daily operations and order stock.

About You :

We are looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic, and adventurous individual who is passionate about what they do and has the necessary cooking skills. You should be creative, proactive, and able to deal with unforeseen situations in the kitchen.

You will be responsible for working 48 hours per week, with the option to work up to 54 hours during winter. Our minimum contract requires two weeks' trial period.

Requirements :

  • European nationality / passport is mandatory.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Chef de Partie in hotels.
  • Studies and training in the gastronomy sector.
  • Minimum intermediate level of English (B1+).
