We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant (Core Clouds & FINS) to join our team remote from Spain or Portugal.

Responsibilities :

  • Engage with clients to understand their business processes and identify Core Clouds and Financial Service Cloud needs.
  • Analyze client requirements and business challenges to recommend tailored cloud solutions. Provide expertise on cloud functionality, features, and potential limitations.
  • Design and present cloud solutions to stakeholders, clearly articulating the benefits and strategic fit.
  • Collaborate with cloud developers and other IT professionals to ensure accurate implementation of chosen solutions.
  • Oversee the cloud customization and configuration process to meet client specifications.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to facilitate effective cloud adoption.
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, including troubleshooting and optimization of cloud applications.
  • Stay current with the latest cloud trends and innovations to provide informed recommendations.
  • Document all consultancy activities, including client interactions, recommendations made, and feedback received.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Software Consultant, Business Analyst, or similar role in IT or cloud consulting, with a specific emphasis on Core Clouds and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud development and documentation, particularly within the FSC environment.
  • Familiarity with cloud deployment and project lifecycle management, especially in implementing and managing FSC solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for client-facing interaction.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into understandable terms for non-technical clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
