Please note that this is a home-office position based in Spain, the United Kingdom, or Germany. You must already have a work permit or citizenship for one of these countries to apply. No relocation will be offered.

Your Role
As RSB's Junior Finance & Administration Manager, reporting to the Legal & Operations Associate Director and working closely with the Finance Lead and HR & Administration Manager, your responsibilities include:
Finance (Priority)
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable
- Financial closings and reporting
- Budget preparation, monitoring, and forecasting
- Reimbursement requests
- Coordinate with accounting and auditing firms
Administration
- Liaise with RSB members, clients, and stakeholders regarding inquiries
- Assist with performance indicator reporting
- Collaborate on financial activities for programmes
IT & Data Management
- Support IT strategy, workflows, and system integrations
- Maintain data integrity within Salesforce and related systems
- Track IT equipment and manage depreciation
- Assist with data privacy compliance
Requirements
About You
Based in Spain, the UK, or Germany, with relevant experience and a strong commitment to sustainability.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in international or NGO settings
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, SharePoint, and Salesforce
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communicator across diverse audiences globally
- Valid work permit or citizenship for specified countries; no relocation provided
