Chief Officer / 1st Mate

We are looking for a professional and experienced First Officer to join the crew of a 100m+ private yacht operating globally. The yacht runs exclusively in private mode, offering a dynamic and rewarding work environment.

The ideal candidate is mature, organized, and efficient, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of building and training a highly skilled deck team.

• Salary : To be confirmed (TBC)
• Rotation : 60 days on / 60 days off

Requirements :

• A valid Chief Officer 3000GT license
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
