NSP Automation Solutions Architect

Spain and 1 more (Hybrid) - As a Network Services Platform (NSP) Automation Solution Architect at Nokia, you will play a critical role in delivering automation solutions tailored to our customers' needs in mobile, fixed, and cloud networks. You will collaborate with Sales Engineers, Project Managers, and technical teams to analyze requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. This role involves hands-on work in labs to validate solutions and improve service offerings, fostering connections across teams. Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with teams and customers to define project goals through needs analysis workshops.
2. Document and communicate requirements to align customer needs with internal teams.
3. Design and validate automation solutions based on NSP frameworks and technical specifications.
4. Perform hands-on validation of solutions in lab environments.
5. Collaborate with product teams on roadmaps and feature enhancements.
6. Lead discussions on IP/Optical networking and automation solutions.
7. Support sales teams with statements of work and solution proposals.
8. Coordinate cross-unit projects, maintaining scope and ensuring delivery.

Key Skills and Experience

• Strong technical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience in customer needs workshops and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of IP/Optical networking, OSS, and SDN technologies.
• Ability to translate customer needs into solutions and specifications.
• Preferred: Knowledge of frameworks like Jobs-To-Be-Done, Nokia Service Router Certification Level II+, Cisco CCNA, telecommunications market familiarity, and agile software development experience.
