They are now looking for a forward-thinking IT Solutions Architect to help drive innovation, consult on technical direction, and design systems that align seamlessly with client goals. Analyze and model business processes to recommend the best-fit IT solutions

Support project planning and RFP processes with your technical and strategic input

Stay in tune with industry trends to help shape our IT roadmap in line with future business goals

A degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field - or an equivalent industry-recognized qualification

Hands-on experience designing IT solutions, ideally within a BPO or service-focused environment

Familiarity with structured project work, including process mapping and modeling

A good understanding of budgeting and financial forecasting for technical projects

Knowledge of IT architecture, software development life cycles, and enterprise platforms

Familiarity with contact center technologies, unified communications, and data analytics tools
