We're at the foundational stage : building the market positioning, identifying our ICPs, enabling early supply acquisition, and preparing for a private beta launch.
We’re looking for a Go-To Market / Product Marketing Lead with an Entrepreneurial mindset who knows how to build this foundation from scratch — someone who thrives in 0→1 environments and loves shaping new categories.
The Role As our first Senior Product Marketing Manager for this new initiative, you will own the go-to-market foundation : from persona development to messaging, positioning, sales enablement, and early acquisition materials. You will work directly with Product, Acquisition, and Leadership teams to set the strategic base for our beta and beyond and manage multiple cross-functional projects, making sure all parts of the launch and GTM engine stay aligned and move fast.
What You'll Own Define our customer personas Develop our messaging framework
core narratives, value propositions, USPs. Conduct market and competitive research
to identify gaps and positioning opportunities. Create early GTM materials
pitch decks, one-pagers, and website. Enable the Acquisition team Support early lifecycle marketing flows
and automation. Manage multiple cross-functional projects Work closely with Product and UX teams
to integrate feedback from beta users into messaging and positioning iterations. Lay the marketing foundation
for a successful public launch post-PMF.
Must Haves You thrive working independently with very little supervision. You are a proactive self-starter who pushes projects forward without waiting for instructions. You are a go-getter who gets stuff done, solves problems, and owns outcomes. You are comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ambiguity 0→1 environments. You take full responsibility for delivering results, not just participating.
What We're Looking For 7+ years
in product marketing, growth marketing, or similar roles, preferably in early-stage startups. Proven 0→1 experience
You have helped companies go from seed to Series A. Entrepreneurial background
Bonus points if you've founded or co-founded a company, or have been a first marketing hire before. Strong GTM ownership experience
You’ve led multi-stakeholder launches before. Hands-on
You're not just a strategist — you build, write, and execute yourself. Lifecycle and marketing automation experience
Big plus if you've set up or scaled lifecycle flows and CRM systems. Strong communicator
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Builder mentality
You thrive with ambiguity, find solutions, and move projects forward without waiting to be told.
