Operations Management for the region

  • Support the Global Lead Buyer or the Regional Category Manager to ensure the execution of the strategy.
  • Deliver savings pipeline in line with targets.
  • Lead RFIs/RFPs and contract negotiations for your category.
  • Contribute to and/or lead local projects according to Category Management.
  • Report on status, savings, performance, and risks related to sourcing activities you oversee.
  • Stay informed on current industry trends and market developments related to your category.
  • Undertake benchmarking against other industries and best practices.
  • Run SRM programs with suppliers within your scope.
  • Support pre/post-audit management and crisis management.
  • Maintain comprehensive understanding of Procurement Policies/Processes related to Risk, CSR, and Compliance, ensuring adherence by relevant team members.
  • Identify non-compliant processes and define corrective measures; manage audits.

Stakeholder Management for the region

  • Develop strong partnerships with key internal customers and foster supportive two-way relationships.
  • Present procurement strategies to key internal customers for review and input.

Cross-transversal regional / global Projects

  • Run global agency results analysis, prepare executive presentations, and track action plans.
  • Build dashboards to integrate surveys (Creative, Media, etc.), analyze suppliers, and prepare executive summaries.
  • Track ESG metrics.
  • Manage analysis and tracking of tail spends to ensure global strategy deployment.

Analysis and Tracking

  • Create and manage dashboards by key markets and international KPIs such as asset reuse, global asset usage, and preferred suppliers.
  • Conduct spend analysis by category and highlight key insights.
  • Build savings reports and follow up with global and regional buyers.
  • Monitor strategic suppliers reporting and prepare executive summaries for management meetings.
