Our customer is a leading provider in pay-per-click (PPC) performance display advertising, partnering with over 3000 ecommerce brands worldwide. The company is present in 40 countries and is headquartered in France. Their product enables online e-commerce sites to expand their search marketing campaigns, re-engage visitors who have left their website, and improve online shopping experiences by bringing search-like performance to display advertising. It is measurable, scalable, and priced on a CPC basis, driven by user intent. Personalized banners outperform standard display ads, leading to higher click-through rates, increased on-site conversions, and higher average order values.

Requirements :

  1. 8 years experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Product Owner
  2. Knowledgeable about the lead-to-cash process
  3. Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud declarative features
  4. Proven experience gathering and translating complex requirements into scalable CRM solutions
  5. Salesforce Administrator certifications required
  6. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  7. Experience working in agile delivery teams (Scrum or SAFe frameworks)
  8. Higher Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities :

  1. Partner with business teams to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  2. Act as a liaison between stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and technical architects
  3. Own and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows using tools like Jira or Confluence
  4. Provide hands-on support for Salesforce configuration and testing; assist in UAT planning and execution
  5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Salesforce platform, aligned with business goals
  6. Collaborate with development teams and help prioritize features in alignment with product and tech roadmaps
  7. Maintain knowledge of Salesforce Media Cloud capabilities to influence future solutions
  8. Support data quality initiatives, reports, and dashboards tailored to stakeholder needs
  9. Stay up to date on Salesforce releases and propose relevant enhancements
