Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist

We are currently looking for a professional and talented Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist to join our HR team. You will be responsible for attracting and retaining the best talent, promoting the company, and supporting other HR initiatives. This role is crucial for developing and executing strategies that reflect the company's values, culture, and work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, application screening, interviews, job offers, onboarding, offboarding, and one-on-one meetings with new hires.
2. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top candidates using various platforms and sourcing techniques.
3. Design and execute onboarding programs to ensure effective integration of new employees into the company's culture and values.
4. Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
5. Establish and maintain relationships with universities and educational institutions to attract young and emerging talent.
6. Lead employer branding projects, collaborating with different departments to promote the company.
7. Participate in HR initiatives related to culture and employee engagement, such as training, development, climate surveys, and performance reviews.
8. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
9. Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies using various platforms and sourcing techniques.
10. Advanced English skills; knowledge of additional languages such as French or Italian is a plus.
11. Experience leading employer branding projects and collaborating across departments.
12. Availability to organize and participate in job fairs, networking events, and recruitment initiatives.
13. Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
