Managing B2B sales and leading a sales team.
Leading customer meetings and negotiations in an international context.
Executing operative activities such as compiling sales reports and conducting analyses to support sales efforts.
Requirements
Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset, results-focused with high goal-setting.
Desire to learn, develop, and take on new challenges in a competitive and evolving industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of asserting oneself when necessary.
Passionate about leading and developing a top-level enterprise and driving sales growth.
English proficiency of at least C1 level.
Availability to work in Tartu at least 3 days per week.
