Rf Optimization Engineer (Ericsson)

OFG is seeking an RF Service Engineer with experience in 4G / 5G parameters strategy setting and feature activation, and deep knowledge of VoLTE and data optimization, specifically with Ericsson equipment.

Main Tasks :

1. Handle RF tickets, including incident management and network issue troubleshooting, ensuring SLA compliance.
2. Develop and review QoS alert processing methods, with initial focus on 5G NSA on Huawei RAN.
3. Participate in developing methods and IT solutions for handling new alarms.
4. Ensure enhanced monitoring of NSA 5G QoS on the TDD part during measurements.
5. Identify operational tool development needs, validate the conformity of evolutions.
6. Implement and test alerts and processing methods.
7. Required expertise in Ericsson vendor equipment.
8. Experience with 5G technology is essential.

Requirements :

• At least 4 years of experience as an RF optimization engineer.
• High RF knowledge, primarily on Ericsson equipment.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• French language skills are preferable.

Special tools required :

• Mapinfo, Atoll, PRS, U2000, Business Objects, Xcal/Xcap or Actix.

Work Style :

Remote work locations include Spain, France, Germany, Romania, Hungary, and Ireland.
