What you will be doing?
- Collaborate with consumers to answer product inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Empathize with customers, analyze their problems, and offer tailored solutions
- Provide omnichannel support via telephone, email, chat, and social media
- Develop understanding of the client’s products and services
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying company values
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Fluent Danish with excellent grammar and spelling
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to handle sensitive calls with empathy
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Professional outlook and proactive problem-solving approach
What do we offer?
- Contract: Temporary (3-month contract with 1-month probation)
- Part-time: 20 hours/week
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Salary: €17,537.76 gross per year
- Incentives: Performance-based incentives
- Holidays: 2 days/month + 24 holidays/year, plus bank holidays and an extra day off in lieu
- Hybrid work: 4 days/month in-office, rest remote
- Training: 2 weeks full-time training in-office
