We’re Hiring: Property Finder (Full-time or Freelance)

At Private Hideaway Real Estate, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Property Finder to join our team. Whether employed or freelance, you’ll play a key role in identifying attractive properties, connecting with owners, and building a strong local network.

Your Mission

• Identify and approach potential sellers across the southwest region
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with property owners and locals
• Monitor online platforms (e.g., Idealista, Rightmove, etc. ) for listings and leads
• Collaborate with our sales team to match properties with buyer requests

Who You Are

• Deep knowledge of the Mallorca real estate market, especially the southwest
• Sales-driven, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish (German is a plus)
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Organized, proactive, and goal-oriented
• A valid driver’s license is a must
