Senior Operations Specialist

About The Role

As a Senior Operations Specialist , you will be responsible for managing key metrics within city operations, focusing on maintaining and improving quality, performance, and compliance. You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Country Manager, with your work directly impacting business growth through achieving milestones and key metrics.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Allocate and distribute budget between initiatives.
• Identify operational improvement areas and propose effective solutions.
• Negotiate agreements with fleets to increase the supply base and represent the brand professionally and solutions-oriented.
• Support hiring processes and coordinate with external agents, collaborating with fleets to support their performance and satisfaction.
• Implement initiatives to increase service availability and quality.
• Monitor service quality and take action to uphold high standards.

About You

3 years of relevant experience, preferably in tech, consulting, or other fast-paced environments.

• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Data-driven mindset with solid analytical abilities.
• Independent, growth-oriented, and a team player attitude.
• Experience in operations, logistics, mobility, or similar fields is a plus.
• High proficiency in English and Spanish.
