Asphalion is growing, and we are looking for a Business Developer to join our team in the Medical Devices unit! We seek someone who loves taking on new challenges, enjoys working in an international environment, and wants to grow with us.
Main Responsibilities:
Execute commercial activities, including implementing and following up on campaigns and action plans.
Achieve sales performance targets.
Prepare for and assist in events.
Participate in business meetings and prepare sales quotes for clients.
Manage accounts effectively.
Identify new leads and opportunities to foster company growth in the Medical Devices sector.
Manage relationships with market stakeholders and monitor competitors.
Oversee the complete project transfer process to the MedTech technical team.
Coordinate external and internal communications in collaboration with marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences.
At least 2 years of experience in Business Development and/or Sales within the MedTech field.
Knowledge of the medical device regulatory landscape.
Proficiency in English (advanced level).
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
Proactive, quick learner, results-oriented.
