Carts Guru is looking for talented Account Executives (FR Market)

Carts Guru is the all-in-one marketing automation software designed specifically for e-commerce stores. With Carts Guru, e-merchants can combine the power of email. SMS and Facebook Messenger into cohesive campaigns, maximizing ROI and driving revenue for e-merchants.

Carts Guru was founded in 2017 in Barcelona and is now a growing scale-up with customers in France, Spain, USA, and many other places across the world. Our talented team is international, representing more than 8 countries.

Account executives (AEs) at Carts Guru manage the full sales cycle, closing the deal and kicking off the client relationship with the account managers who handle our customer relationships in the long-term. It is an important role driving revenue for the company, with an exciting and fast paced sales cycle.

Key responsibilities :

  • Develop relationships with our target customers (small to medium e-commerce companies)
  • Book your own meetings and pitch Carts Guru to marketers in our target companies, showing them the value of the software.
  • Meet your monthly of new deals
  • Qualify target customers and understand their needs.
  • Find the decision maker, and any relevant champions or influencers in the company in order to successfully meet your sales quota
  • Understand customer requirements on both a business and technical level.
  • Develop trust with our customers with your exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Articulate Carts Guru's value proposition clearly and effectively with understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Sell consultatively, helping our target customers understand how Carts Guru will meet their unique needs and solve their problems.
  • Organize and clean your pipeline regularly to provide a predictable forecast and clear pipeline using our CRM, Hubspot
  • Thoughtful approach to addressing customer pain points.

Qualifications :

  • A native French level is required
  • Minimum 3-years work experience as a successful AE for the FR market
  • Experience with either SaaS products or eCommerce companies
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills (we are mostly remote at the moment!)
  • Great active listening and thoughtful conversational skills; approachable
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, Hubspot or related CRM applications
