Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to collaborate with a top 15 global pharmaceutical company.
Working hours: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
The Platform Manager Automation (PMA) Services will support the Human Pharma Delivery Unit (HPS DU) in building and automating campaign journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other digital engagement tools, including Adobe Marketing Cloud, CDP, and proprietary systems. The role involves managing technical aspects and maintaining team-specific spaces within Atlassian tools like JIRA, Confluence, and BitBucket.
Responsibilities include:
- Building campaign workflows aligned with business needs and campaign briefs.
- Ensuring quality and timely delivery of campaigns, including measurement and QA.
- Optimizing campaign processes and driving innovation for efficiency and quality.
- Providing technical specifications and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Debugging workflows, reporting issues, and tracking bugs with IT support.
- Documenting technical processes, templates, and enhancements.
- Creating and maintaining workflows, templates, landing pages, and HTML content.
- Collaborating with Campaign Support Services and Platform Management Omnichannel teams.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical studies or business administration with a strong technical background.
- Proven campaign and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
- At least 1 year of Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
- Preferred: Technical marketing automation certification (Architect or Developer).
- Experience translating requirements into software enhancements.
- Knowledge of databases, SQL, ETL, and API calls.
- Understanding of SDLC.
- Experience in software development, consultancy, or project delivery environments preferred.
- Knowledge of email and web design is a plus.
- Experience with Atlassian tools and pharma knowledge (e.g., Veeva CRM) is advantageous.
- Experience in support and troubleshooting is preferred.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- Fluent in English.
