Responsibilities include:
- Leading the Central Operations Excellence function for the regional cluster
- Communicating, delivering, and implementing the Central OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE agenda to foster an OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE culture supporting our three bottom lines
- Building partnerships and stakeholder relationships to enable achievement of business strategies
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer standards
- Driving cross-functional collaboration to share best practices, standardize processes, and pursue continuous improvement
- Presenting Central OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE solutions to prospective customers to build confidence in our service delivery
- Achieving KPI targets, implementing initiatives, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities
- Leading and developing the Central OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE team, managing resources and budgets to meet service standards
- Providing leadership, coaching, and support in line management
- Maximizing standards compliance in H&S, Quality, and Risk Management, reducing deviations, and enhancing improvements
- Enhancing crisis resilience and response capabilities to minimize recovery times
Candidate requirements:
- University degree (national & international)
- Qualifications and experience in Project Management & Supply Chain Management
- Preferred qualifications in ISO, H&S, Continuous Improvement & Change Management
- Over 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management
- Over 5 years of team leadership experience
- Experience working with ISO standards and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in process improvement techniques
- Experience in international or diverse business environments
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong team management and change management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and stakeholder management
- Knowledge of Central Ops Ex standards and regional regulatory requirements
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and adapt quickly to new topics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective management in multicultural environments
