We are growing and looking for a passionate SAP Business Consultant to lead and empower a multicultural team, specifically in SAP MM, FI, and Fiori within the Business Solutions North America Team.

This role involves optimizing and supporting cbFC processes across North America, acting as a liaison between business users and the support team in Germany, and implementing new functionalities to enhance processes.

Main Responsibilities :

• Optimizing processes related to Purchasing and Invoice Verification.
• Participating in SAP functional enhancements and process improvements.
• Managing interfaces like AIF and EDI820, and processes such as ERS and goods movements.
• Handling SAP Fiori workflows and approvals to improve user experience on mobile and desktop.

Key Requirements :

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP FI/MM.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori.
• Excellent communication skills in English, including presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, especially in international environments.
• Proactive, organized, with project management skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to interpret technical needs and resolve issues.
• Ability to work both autonomously and in teams with multiple stakeholders.

Location : Fully remote with occasional travel to Madrid.

Schedule : Based on North American hours: Monday and Thursday 9:30-18:30, Tuesday and Wednesday 12:00-21:00, Friday 8:00-14:00 or 9:30-15:30.
