Supply Chain Agent with French
- Verification of Stock at Vendor, identification of gaps and their root causes
- Performing regular distant inventories (normal and rolling)
- Analysis of the inventory and scraps data and sharing recommendations with the client
- Analysis of the replenishment requests
- Stock updates in the system
- Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers
- Reaching the business (Service Level Agreement) and personal targets
- Ensuring efficiency & high quality of the processes
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
Location: Łódź, Poland [hybrid]
Key responsibilities:
- Verification of Stock at Vendor, identification of gaps and their root causes
- Performing regular distant inventories (normal and rolling)

- Analysis of the replenishment requests

- Ensuring efficiency & high quality of the processes
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
Requirements:
- Excellent command of French
- Good English
- Experience in Supply Chain or logistics would be an additional asset
- Knowledge of SAP would be an additional asset
- Customer orientation and proactive approach
- Handling multi and ad-hoc tasks
- Problem solving and analysis
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Team player
- Willingness to work in Łódź, Poland (hybrid mode)
