Barceló Hotel Group's Management Training Program involves cross-training across all hotel departments to provide an overview of hotel operations and work processes. The training is supervised by the director and includes collaboration with the management team and department heads.

The MIT program serves as a talent pipeline for future hotel managers within the company. Upon completing the internship, participants will be eligible to join Barceló Hotel Group as an Assistant to Management (ADH) and can progress towards becoming a Hotel Manager.
