MISSION

The Business Sales Analyst will support the achievement of sales objectives by executing various commercial activities in accordance with managerial guidelines.

GENERAL FUNCTIONS

  • Consolidate sales BBP (sales, prices, LTCs) in collaboration with Sales Directors, KAMs, and Project Managers.
  • Compile the Global Data report (CAPEX and project development costs) with Project Managers and Control.
  • Prepare the monthly Business Opportunity List (BOL) report and inform BUD, Holding Committee, and Regional Directors.
  • Generate monthly commercial reports for BU Reports to CSO.
  • Develop and update the worldwide market study for the Business Unit.
  • Assist the Engineering department (POs, engineering hours, system access).
  • Handle invoicing for commissions and NREs.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks such as coordinating meetings, managing employee access, and overseeing income and payment follow-ups.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Academic Background

Professional training in administration; a medium bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Languages

Fluent in the local language and English (spoken and written).

Experience

At least 3 years in a similar role within a commercial environment.

Travel

Willingness to travel as needed.

Additional Skills

Knowledge of Ficosa’s internal tools (TCTP, BDP, BOL) is a plus.
