FRS Systems Spain, an FRS entity focused on providing software development solutions to the travel and transportation industry, is currently looking for a Business Analyst / Product Manager (m/f/d).

About the Role - Business Analyst / Product Manager (m/f/d), Flensburg / Palma de Mallorca / full-remote

What you will be doing

• Work within a small and focused agile software development team supporting the Product Manager with stakeholders' needs, making sure the goals are clear, and the vision is aligned with business objectives.
• Support the Product Manager documenting the requirements and making sure the development process is fully aligned
• Assist the Product Manager to create and maintain the team’s backlog.
• Document the backlog items and perform prioritization based on the overall strategy and business objectives.

What you bring

• Degree in computer science or equivalent
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Good written and spoken German communication skills will be a plus. Candidates proficient in German will receive preferential consideration.
• Valid EU work permit
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude, and a strong motivation to learn and grow.
• Good understanding of the full software development lifecycle will be a plus
• Experience using Agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban will be a plus
• Experience in the travel industry, with focus on price management, business rules, and related areas, will be a plus.
