As Head of Sales – Spain, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence across the Iberian Peninsula. You will lead business development activities, manage key client accounts, and develop a strong sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and grow our sales operations in Spain
Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities (FTL, LTL, multimodal)
Develop sales strategy and action plan
Manage relationships with key customers and partners
Collaborate with logistics, operations, and management teams across Europe
Participate in industry events
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B sales
Proven track record in building and managing a client portfolio
Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent command of English and Spanish
Ability to work independently and travel within Spain and Europe as needed
