About the Role

As an Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in building and nurturing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. You will oversee technical execution, project delivery, and team growth, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring growth, motivation, and alignment with company goals.
  • Foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and innovation, driving best practices in development.
  • Conduct goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions to support team development.
  • Collaborate with product teams to attract, hire, and retain top engineering talent.

Project Delivery & Execution

  • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet timelines and quality standards.
  • Optimize task allocation and resources to maximize efficiency and team performance.
  • Proactively identify risks and roadblocks, ensuring timely solutions and decision-making.

Technical Strategy & Guidance

  • Provide technical leadership, ensuring engineering best practices are followed.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the tech stack, contributing to technical discussions and decisions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define the technical roadmap and strategic initiatives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on solutions, tools, and development standards.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance business needs with technical decisions.
  • Experience with goal-setting, performance management, and team development.
  • Familiarity with DevOps and cloud-based environments is a plus.
