Rf Optimization Engineer (Ericsson)

OFG is seeking an RF Service Engineer with expertise in 4G / 5G parameter setting and feature activation, and deep knowledge in VoLTE / Data optimization, preferably with Ericsson experience.

Main Tasks :

1. Handle RF tickets, including incident and network issue checks, ensuring SLA compliance.
2. Develop and review QoS alert processing methods, initially for 5G NSA on Huawei RAN.
3. Participate in developing methods and IT solutions for handling new alarms.
4. Ensure enhanced monitoring of NSA 5G QoS during measurements, focusing on TDD.
5. Identify operational tool development needs, validate the conformity of evolutions.
6. Implement and test alerts and methods.
7. Primary vendor skill required: Ericsson.
8. Must have 5G experience.

Requirements :

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an RF optimization engineer.
• High RF knowledge, mainly on Ericsson equipment.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• French language skills are preferable.
• Experience with tools such as Mapinfo, Atoll, PRS, U2000, Business Object, Xcal/Xcap, or Actix.

Work Style : Remote, located in Spain, France, Germany, Romania, Hungary, or Ireland.
