We are NASH Renewables, a start-up recently acquired by TotalEnergies, developing software to accelerate the renewable energy transition. Our software, NASH Dev, improves the development and planning of wind and solar renewable energy assets to build these assets faster and more effectively. To accelerate the adoption of our software, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager / Product Owner to lead the development and management of the application NASH Dev. The role involves conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.

Product Development

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements in close collaboration with the delivery lead and development team members.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business, project development, engineering, design, and operations, to define product requirements and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

User Experience

  • Advocate for an exceptional user experience, ensuring NASH Dev is intuitive, efficient, and effective for all users.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product.

Performance Monitoring and Improvement

  • Use data-driven insights to measure product performance, identify issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements in renewable energy and web application development.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong interest in renewable energy systems (wind and solar) and the project development process, with experience using software tools in renewable energy planning and development.
  • Proven success in managing and launching web-based software applications.
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Figma).
  • Excellent project management skills, with a hands-on problem-solving approach and results-oriented focus.
  • Proficiency in product management tools and software.

Our team is international, based in Hamburg. We operate on a hybrid schedule, working together in the office three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely when needed.
