Job Description: Senior Game Developer

We are seeking a Senior Game Developer to join our multidisciplinary team. The role involves:

• Understanding and assessing constraints, risks, and challenges of game roadmap technical implementation.
• Developing, integrating, and maintaining features and pipelines from concept to live operations.
• Identifying, reporting, and solving technical bottlenecks and risks.
• Reviewing code and asset integration throughout development stages to ensure project structure and technical control.
• Collaborating with other programmers and team members in an agile environment.

You will be responsible for writing robust, optimized, scalable, and maintainable code, and creating technical design documents for milestones and internal use.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of demonstrable experience as a senior game developer.
• Strong skills in software development using Unity3D, C#, or C++.
• Solid foundation in computer science and software engineering, including data structures, algorithms, 3D mathematics, and software design.
• Knowledge of server-client architectures.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, familiar with agile development.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multitask and adapt.
• Proficiency in debugging and performance analysis.
• Passion for gaming and industry knowledge.
• Proficiency in English and work permit for Spain is required.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Math, or related fields.
• Experience with iOS and Android development, mobile frameworks, social network APIs/SDKs, multiplayer/netcode, AI programming, CI/CD, testing, and game design concepts.
• Knowledge of Spanish or Catalan is a plus.
