Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of customer and partner relationships, maintaining high satisfaction and engagement levels.
- Lead customer journeys and coordinate projects to maximize value from Ulula’s solutions, providing thought leadership and facilitating adoption.
- Communicate regularly with clients to share updates, gather feedback, resolve issues, and track activities and milestones.
- Assist customers in onboarding and deploying solutions systematically to promote adoption and continuous usage.
- Monitor operations to ensure operational KPIs are met.
- Coordinate between customers and internal teams to resolve challenges and identify opportunities.
- If applicable, coordinate project reporting with the Product team.
- Build customer advocacy and maintain strong relationships with project managers and decision-makers.
- Promote upselling of additional services and manage contract renewals.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Additional Contributions :
- Gather customer feedback to inform platform improvements.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through peer coaching and sharing best practices.
Minimum Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in delivering human rights due diligence programs internationally, plus experience in customer or account management or consulting.
- Background in social sciences, supply chains, ethical procurement, social impact, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficiency in measuring project success metrics, Excel, and data analysis.
Preferred Skills :
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., BSCI, SMETA, SA8000), associations, and sustainability entities.
- Knowledge of European regulatory frameworks (e.g., CSDDD, LkSG, Modern Slavery Act).
- Understanding of labor, human, and community rights issues in global supply chains.
- Interest in modern technologies, project management, and sales platforms like Salesforce.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
