Marketing Specialist 市场专员

We are currently looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team at BYD Dealership in Madrid.

Responsibilities :

• Plan and formulate brand strategies, analyze market competitors' products, conduct product surveys, and identify customers' real needs for automotive products. Collaborate with the brand and sales departments to improve marketing strategies.
• Organize and manage the marketing team.
• Develop and implement product promotion strategies, including product portfolio strategies, lifecycle management, and positioning strategies for vehicle launches.
• Manage communication and coordination with third-party partners.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 2 years of experience as a marketing specialist; experience in the automotive sales industry is preferred.
• Strong goal orientation, excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; proficiency in Chinese is advantageous.
