Job Description :

The Project Director (PD) will represent the contractor in front of NEOM, establishing professional communication to report on work progress and other matters. The PD will be dedicated full-time to this contract, based on-site to ensure the achievement of NEOM's project goals throughout the contract execution.

The PD will organize and collaborate on preparing all project management plans. They will coordinate the design, scheduling, and implementation of all work activities in accordance with contract requirements.

The PD will monitor work progress regarding cost, quality, and schedule, checking results and proposing or approving corrective measures in case of deviations. They will be responsible for all project issues, reporting to team directors, the executive and senior committees, and NEOM's representative.
