We seek qualified, part-time, internationally licensed psychotherapists to join our provider network, delivering care via a tech-enabled platform that prioritizes patient outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Provide counseling to clients with benefits ranging from short-term EAP to employer health plans, allowing as many sessions as medically necessary.
- Treat adults identified through brief, evidence-based online screenings.
- Preferably, also treat additional populations such as children, adolescents, couples, or families.
- Maintain your availability calendar and complete session documentation promptly.
- Use evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with our support teams as needed.
- Provide culturally competent and empathetic care, upholding diversity and inclusion values.
Who you are
- Properly qualified (licensed, if applicable) to practice counseling in Canary Islands.
- Minimum of 3 years of independent, post-training experience.
- Access to a computer or laptop, comfortable with technology, and telehealth competent.
- Available for some in-person sessions in Canary Islands.
- Training and experience in modalities like CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, CPT.
- Comfortable with safety planning and intervention for higher-risk situations.
- Committed to quality clinical care and professional growth.
- Enjoy working independently but also value team support and collaboration.
