What you will do :

• Design and implement advanced B2B sales training programs.
• Travel frequently across Europe to deliver and support training.
• Lead and mentor a team of regional trainers.
• Oversee execution and evaluation of training initiatives.
• Collaborate with leaders to align training with business goals.
