As an AI Architect for HR Technology, your main challenge is to define and oversee implementation of the AI strategy, architecture, and roadmap for Siemens’ HR processes (hire-to-retire). You will lead AI-driven innovation, identifying and integrating cutting-edge technologies to enhance HR processes. Acting as a key advisor, you will collaborate with business leaders, technical experts, and vendors to drive the adoption of scalable AI solutions.

You will make an impact by :

  • Defining a strategic AI roadmap aligned with business goals and customer digitalization strategies, and monitoring roadmap implementation.
  • Designing scalable AI architectures leveraging the company AI ecosystem and available market platforms.
  • Leading AI-driven innovations, scouting emerging technologies, identifying internal and external best practices, and proposing the best options for introduction (PoC, prototype, pilot, MVP, etc.).
  • Ensuring AI governance and ethics compliance with internal and external regulations, standards, and ethical AI principles.
  • Evaluating and integrating AI technologies, supporting vendor management in RFIs, RFPs, and negotiations related to AI, and developing internal and external partnerships.
  • Supporting stakeholders in identifying potential use cases, assessing benefits, costs, opportunities, and risks.

This is how you'll win us over :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in AI / ML or data science design and deployment.
  • Deep knowledge of AI technologies (intelligent automation, machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, LRMs, autonomous agents, workflows) and AI frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others or hold a leadership position.
  • Proficiency in English.

Desired additional qualifications :

  • Domain knowledge in HR processes (service desk, administration, payroll automation) or related fields like financial processes or logistics.
  • Experience in steering company transformation programs.
