Job Description:

Funciones de RRHH:

• Apoyar en los procesos de reclutamiento y selección de personal operativo y administrativo.
• Coordinar la inducción y capacitación inicial de nuevos colaboradores.
• Administrar el control de asistencia, incidencias y vacaciones.
• Gestionar el archivo físico y digital de expedientes del personal.
• Colaborar en actividades de comunicación interna y clima laboral.
• Dar seguimiento a evaluaciones de desempeño y programas de desarrollo.
• Atender consultas del personal respecto a políticas, beneficios y procesos internos.

Funciones de Servicios Generales:

• Apoyo en la coordinación de los servicios de limpieza, seguridad, jardinería y transporte, entre otros.
• Gestionar proveedores de servicios generales y verificar el cumplimiento de contratos.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas de seguridad e higiene en áreas comunes.
• Apoyar en la logística de eventos internos y visitas corporativas.

Requisitos del Puesto:

• Grado en Recursos Humanos, Administración, Psicología o afín.
• Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puestos similares, preferentemente en entornos industriales.
• Conocimiento de legislación laboral y procesos de recursos humanos.
• Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Valorable Power BI.
• Deseable conocimiento en sistemas de control de asistencia o ERP.
• Habilidad para trabajar en equipo, organización, proactividad y buenas relaciones interpersonales.
